All bookings are made through our secure website or OTA partners.

Full payment or a deposit (as specified) is required to confirm your booking.

Prices are in Euros (EUR) and include all applicable local taxes.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Stripe.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund.

Cancellations within 24 hours or no‑shows are non‑refundable.

For weather‑dependent activities (e.g. hot air balloon), we reserve the right to cancel for safety reasons. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

If you need to change your booking date or time, contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate you, subject to availability.

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances (road closures, weather, etc.) while ensuring the experience remains equivalent.

Free pickup is included for hotels/riads within Marrakech city centre (5 km radius).

Additional charges apply for Agafay Desert pickups (€130) and locations beyond 5 km (€30).

Exact pickup times are confirmed via WhatsApp the day before your tour. Please be ready 5 minutes before your scheduled time.

Some activities have physical requirements (e.g. moderate walking, weight limits). It is your responsibility to review the product description before booking.

Sky Dunes Tours acts as an agent for local suppliers. We are not liable for accidents, injuries, or losses caused by third parties or events beyond our control.

We strongly recommend that you have comprehensive travel insurance covering adventure activities, medical expenses, and trip cancellation.
