Booking & Payment
How do I book a tour?
You can book directly through our website — just select your tour, choose a date, and complete the secure checkout. You'll receive instant confirmation and your ticket by email. You can also message us on WhatsApp and we'll help you book manually.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal through our secure payment providers (Stripe and PayPal or Wise). You can pay a deposit online to secure your spot, and the remaining balance in cash on the day of your tour.
Can I pay the remaining balance in cash on the day?
Yes. You can settle the balance in cash (Euros or Moroccan Dirhams) directly with your driver or guide. Just pay the deposit online when booking, and the rest on the day.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable. For weather-dependent activities like the hot air balloon, we will offer a full refund or free reschedule if we cancel for safety reasons.
Do you offer discounts for group bookings?
Yes — we offer special rates for groups of 6 or more. Message us on WhatsApp with your group size and preferred tour, and we'll send you a personalised quote.
Pickup & Logistics
How does pickup work?
We pick you up directly from your hotel or riad in Marrakech. The exact pickup time is confirmed via WhatsApp the day before your tour. Please be ready in your lobby 5 minutes before your scheduled time. If your accommodation is inside the medina and not accessible by car, we'll arrange the nearest accessible meeting point.
Is pickup included in the price?
Yes — pickup and drop-off within Marrakech city centre (up to 5 km radius) is included in all our tours. For locations outside this area — including the Agafay Desert, Palmeraie, or Route de l'Ourika — a small supplement applies. You'll see this option at checkout if your location qualifies.
What time will I get back to Marrakech?
Agafay Sunset Safari: approximately 9:30 PM
Ourika Valley Day Trip: approximately 3:00–4:00 PM
Hot Air Balloon: approximately 11:00 AM (late morning)
Merzouga 3-Day: approximately 8:00 PM on Day 3
Times may vary slightly depending on traffic and group size.
About Our Tours
What should I bring?
For the Agafay Desert Safari: Comfortable clothing (long trousers recommended), closed-toe shoes, a light jacket or sweater for the evening (it gets cool after sunset), sunglasses, sunscreen, and a camera.
For the Hot Air Balloon: Warm, layered clothing (it is chilly before dawn), closed-toe shoes, a light jacket, sunglasses, and your camera.
For the Ourika Valley: Comfortable walking shoes, sunscreen, a hat, a light jacket, and cash for the local guide (approx. €5–10/person) and lunch.
For the Merzouga 3-Day: Lightweight clothing for warm days, layers for cold desert nights (temperatures can drop to 0°C in winter), comfortable shoes, sunscreen, sunglasses, a scarf for sand protection, and cash for lunches, drinks, and tips (approx. €50–70 total). Pack a small overnight bag — your main luggage stays securely in the vehicle.
Are your tours suitable for children and families?
Yes, all our tours are family-friendly. Children aged 6–12 receive a discounted rate, and infants (0–5) join for free. For the hot air balloon, the minimum age is 4 years for safety reasons. For the Merzouga 3-day tour, infants sit on a parent's lap during the camel ride.
What languages are your tours available in?
Our driver-guides speak English and French. For the Merzouga desert camp and Ourika waterfall hike, local Berber guides provide additional commentary in their native languages.
Are the desert camps comfortable? What about toilets?
Our Agafay evening camp and Merzouga desert camp are medium-luxury — meaning real beds, proper toilets, and comfortable shared facilities. The Merzouga camp includes a private tent, traditional Moroccan dinner, live Berber music, and stargazing. Our balloon experience includes a traditional Berber breakfast after landing.
Tour-Specific Questions : Hot Air Balloon
Are there weight or age restrictions?
Yes. The maximum passenger weight is 110 kg per person for safety and basket balance. The minimum age is 4 years. Pregnant women are advised not to fly.
What happens if the weather is bad?
The balloon flight is weather-dependent. The pilot makes the final decision on the morning of the flight. If conditions are unsafe (strong wind, rain, fog), we will reschedule your flight or provide a full refund — your choice.
How high do we fly and how long is the flight?
The flight lasts 40–60 minutes and reaches approximately 1,000 metres above ground. You'll see the Atlas Mountains, Marrakech plains, and desert foothills from a unique, silent perspective.
Tour-Specific Questions : Agafay Desert Safari
Do I need a driving licence for the quad bikes?
No driving licence is required. You'll receive a full safety briefing, helmet, and goggles before you ride. The quad route is guided and suitable for beginners.
Is the Agafay Desert sandy?
The Agafay is a rocky desert, not rolling sand dunes. The landscape is striking and dramatic, with views of the Atlas Mountains. The camel ride and dinner are not affected by the terrain — it's just as magical.
What is included in the dinner?
A traditional 3-course Moroccan meal: salad, main tagine (meat or vegetarian), and seasonal fruit. Mint tea and pastries are served on arrival. Bottled water is included. Special dietary requirements can be accommodated — please let us know at booking.
Tour-Specific Questions : Merzouga 3-Day Sahara Adventure
How long are the drives each day?
Day 1 and Day 3 involve approximately 8–9 hours of driving with regular stops for photos, meals, and sightseeing (Ait Ben Haddou, Todra Gorges, fossil workshops). Day 2 has shorter drives between the Dades Valley and Merzouga. The journeys are scenic — you'll cross the High Atlas, palm groves, and Berber villages. We schedule plenty of breaks.
Can I avoid the camel ride?
Yes. If you prefer not to ride a camel, you can take a 4x4 transfer to the desert camp instead. Just let us know in advance or inform your driver on the day.
