Sky Dunes Tours – Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Company Details

Sky Dunes Tours Ltd is a UK‑registered company (Company No. 16983551) and registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO Registration: ZC167059). Our tours are operated by trusted independent local partners in Marrakech. By making a booking, you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings & Payment

– All bookings are made through our secure website or OTA partners.

– Full payment or a deposit (as specified) is required to confirm your booking.

– Prices are in Euros (EUR) and include all applicable local taxes.

– We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Stripe.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

– Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund.

– Cancellations within 24 hours or no‑shows are non‑refundable.

– For weather‑dependent activities (e.g. hot air balloon), we reserve the right to cancel for safety reasons. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

– Refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

4. Changes & Modifications

– If you need to change your booking date or time, contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate you, subject to availability.

– We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances (road closures, weather, etc.) while ensuring the experience remains equivalent.

5. Pickup & Participation

– Free pickup is included for hotels/riads within Marrakech city centre (5 km radius).

– Additional charges apply for Agafay Desert pickups (€130) and locations beyond 5 km (€30).

– Exact pickup times are confirmed via WhatsApp the day before your tour. Please be ready 5 minutes before your scheduled time.

– Some activities have physical requirements (e.g. moderate walking, weight limits). It is your responsibility to review the product description before booking.

6. Liability & Insurance

– Sky Dunes Tours acts as an agent for local suppliers. We are not liable for accidents, injuries, or losses caused by third parties or events beyond our control.

– We strongly recommend that you have comprehensive travel insurance covering adventure activities, medical expenses, and trip cancellation.

7. Privacy

– Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection laws.
