We’re a locally based Moroccan agency offering authentic, personalized experiences. Please take a moment to read our terms and conditions before booking a tour with us.

1. Booking & Payment

To confirm your reservation, we may ask for a deposit (via bank transfer, Stripe, or agreed method). The remaining balance is usually paid in cash on the day of the tour or as agreed.

You’ll receive confirmation by WhatsApp or email once your booking is secured. Please double-check all details, including date, pickup time, and contact info.

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change. Here’s how cancellations work:

Free cancellation up to 7 days before your tour.

Up to 100% fee for cancellations between 6 days–24 hours before the tour.

No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before or in case of no-show.

If we must cancel (due to weather or unforeseen issues), you’ll be offered an alternative or full refund.

3. Modifications

If you need to change your tour date or group size, let us know as early as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

4. Travel Insurance

Sky Dunes Tours does not provide travel insurance. We recommend that you have personal travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and loss of belongings.

5. Responsibilities

We commit to providing safe, enjoyable experiences. However:

We are not liable for personal injuries, loss of property, or delays due to weather or third-party service providers.

Travelers must follow guide instructions and respect local laws and culture.

6. Local Values

As a locally operated agency, we work with Berber families, independent drivers, and real Moroccan hosts. Booking with us supports local communities directly.
